Owner's Representation

As a construction manager we are hired to manage and coordinate the actual construction process through the technical delivery of the project. As a CM, SHEcon serves the owner's interests but is more focused on executing the day-to-day construction activities including subcontractor management, scheduling, cost control and quality assurance.

Our owner's representation services deliver project or program management on behalf of the owner. We advocate for the client by acting as an extension of their organization and driving performance on the construction project. SHEcon bridges the gap between the owner and the project stakeholders, working closely with the architect, engineer, contractor and other consultants.
